Empowering Lives in Cape Maclear, Malawi
Chipatso is a Community Based Organization (non-profit) dedicated to supporting single mothers, vulnerable children and orphans through education, nutrition, housing and job opportunities in Cape Maclear, Malawi. Ilia Carson-Letelier and Kim Often Chadza founded the project in September 2023 after noticing a decline in tourism caused by COVID-19 and an influx of new families moving to Cape Maclear following the floods from Cyclone Freddy in March 2023.
