Volunteer & Group Programs at Chipatso

Chipatso partners with universities, NGOs, and organizations to host structured group programs focused on education, community engagement and cultural exchange in Cape Maclear, Malawi.

We provide accommodation, meals, logistical support and access to community-based learning experiences in a safe and well-managed environment.

Our programs are designed to support meaningful engagement between visitors and the local community while maintaining respect, structure and clarity for group leaders.

Volunteers may assist with light construction, maintenance, and creative improvements across Chipatso, including painting, murals, and enhancing shared spaces.

All activities are guided and no prior experience is required.

Community & Environmental Projects

We work with local schools and community spaces on initiatives such as painting, refurbishment, recycling, and environmental awareness projects.

Participants with relevant skills may assist with photography, video, and storytelling to document and share our programs.

This supports transparency, visibility, and long-term partnership development.
